从管理层面看，物流对物品和相关信息流进行系统设计、运营和管理活动等过程。 物流运营管理是针对客户企业或供应链的物流需求设计物流运营方案，将运营过程中所需的人员、设施、设备、技术和信息等资源，根据产业产品或产业过程自身特点，按照产品、产业链服务特点设计的运营方案，高效地分配资源
